Upgrade your Jirav account in Partner Portal

Use Partner Portal to upgrade an account


First you need to navigate to your partner portal.  If you do not have access to the partner portal someone in your firm will have access and can add you - here is a help article on how to do this.



Then select the upgrade button from the three dot ellipse to the left of account you would like to upgrade:


  • Note: When upgrading a Lite account to another subscription level, the number of departments will need to be reduced within the constraints of the new subscription level

    Total Planning Departments:
    • Starter = 0
    • Pro = 5
    • Enterprise = 20
