Review the steps in the process to a successful onboarding experience
Project Kick-off
The first step in the process is your account executive will schedule a call with your Implementation team for an introduction and review the implementation plan.
The call will walk through the following:
- Introductions of your Implementation team
- Outline and review of the Implementation Plan
- Discussion of your Firm goals and what the timeline you are targeting
- Review of current client base and the verticals you work in
- What your Firm tech stack is i.e. QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, etc.
- Change management within your firm
- Creation of a Sandbox Jirav Account for the firms admin users to be invited to
After the kick-off call you will need to be asked to do the following checklist:
Identify firm champion | |
Invite all Partner Admin users to the sandbox account | |
E-mail your Implementation team once all Partner Admins have logged - this will then allow Jirav to add them to your Firms Partner Portal | |

Firm Onboarding Call(s)
Once you have completed the steps from the kick-off your Implementation Team will begin to work with you through the following items:
- Ensure the Go-live dates remain on target
- Answer any questions around the certification and how the Jirav works
- Provide an overview of the capabilities of Partner Portal, specifically what Cloning an account means and adding your Firm logo
- Creation of the Jirav Reporting Reference Account and guidance around how this process works
- Detailed walk through of how custom data works in Jirav for advanced reporting, this is done through either a Google Sheet or Excel utilizing Custom Lines in Jirav.
- Engagement of Jirav Technical Support for any complex questions around your account setup or use of the product

Client Onboarding
Begin to roll out your Jirav Reporting Reference Account to create your Client Jirav Accounts, you will use the cloning process in order to have the initial account setup already pre-built to what was defined during your Firm onboarding. The actions will be the following:
- Cloning of the Jirav Reporting Reference Account for Client Jirav Accounts, once cloned you will then need to login to the account and connect the accounting data and bring in the workforce data
- Complete the Client Jirav Account company setup which includes their Logo
- Creation of the Clients Custom Data import if applicable and any advanced reporting needs the client may require
- Engagement of Jirav Technical Support for any complex questions around your account setup or use of the product
