Verify Close Month in Netsuite

Ensure that you have closed the month in your Netsuite account

In order to leverage the close month settings in Jirav you will need to ensure that the accounting period is close in Netsuite.

The first step is to navigate to the "Manage Accounting Periods" from within Netsuite:


Once you have navigated to Manage Accounting periods you can verify that the period is in fact closed:

In the event that the period is not closed please work with your internal team to set the period as closed.
