Why do I not see all the companies listed in my Partner Portal that are listed in the dropdown menu when selecting the Jirav Account to log into?

When you login to Jirav and land on the company dropdown menu you will see all the accounts that you have been invited to as a "User" of the Jirav Account.

Each Jirav Account is separately tagged as being included in a respective Partner Portal.

Another words, you can have User access to a Jirav Account that is not tagged as part of your Partner Portal.

In the event you have an account that is not included in your Partner Portal that should be please email support@jirav.com to have this completed, typically within 2-3 business days
