How to define goals and track performance against them.

Goals are high level targets you input manually into Jirav.
Plans are model based, built from the bottom-up and are more accurate than goals.

In this example, we'll set revenue goals based on the marketing funnel with the following dates:

Lite Users:

  • Set goals for 2018 in January
  • Goals vs. Actuals variance report in March 2018

Pro Users

  • Set goals for 2018 in January
  • Create plan for 2018 in January
  • Goals vs. Plan, tracked in January 2018
  • Goals/Plan vs. Actuals variance report in March

Access Setup in far right of the app underneath your company name.

Create custom goals that match your business

Name your goals and map them to a line in your model

 

Protip: Goals can be mapped to any line in the model, including custom lines from a Google Sheet.
