- Getting Started: New to Jirav? You are in the right place. Let’s set up your account.
- General Ledger: Importing your Actual Accounting data enables Jirav to create realistic Metrics, Dashboards and Reports. It also helps you forecast and plan.
- Staffing: Import your current employee roster to Jirav to serve as the foundation for predicting salaries and wages, and facilitate headcount reporting.
- Departments: Departments are used to plan, analyze and report within Jirav. Use Departments in planning to build up a plan at the department level that automatically rolls up to the total company.
- Company Settings: Define system-level account settings for Jirav.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Setup Accounts Receivable and Payable for your company’s Balance Sheet.
- Auto Forecast: Auto-Forecast is a feature that creates a simple trended forecast with little to no setup. It is enabled by default.
- Auto Roll-forward: Streamline your month-end operations by automatically advancing your plan(s) cutover date. This feature can be activated by plan, allowing you to specify the exact day of the month for the roll forward.
- Dashboards: Dashboards let you tell a story using different types of beautifully designed charts and tables, collectively called Tiles.
- Reports: Reports play a crucial role in simplifying the financial reporting process by providing up-to-date information to company stakeholders. Stakeholders can gain valuable insights from reports to help them make informed decisions.
